Big kudos to Nathan, super helpful member of staff. Fixed my phone & installed latest update even though it was near closing time in store. Went out of his way to help, amazing customer service. 5* - a nod to his sidekick Jamie too - he helped our another gal in the store & sold her a phone even though she said she was looking for a ‘ man after midnight’ 🤣🤣🤣 it was hilarious, those lads make a great double act! Thanks again guys- someone give those guys a pay rise 👍
